Dear PowerMate,   All of us at T. Webber Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning just wanted to take a moment to let you know how satisfied we are with our PowerMate hand truck.

We purchased the L-1 Model and it has been the perfect tool for getting water heaters, boilers, furnaces, and air conditioning condensers in and out of our customer’s homes. Since time is money in our business it has allowed us to get these heavy objects in and out of jobsites as quickly as possible. This has led to increased revenue and better job efficiency.

In the old days the technicians would have to break their backs using the old conventional hand truck, now they let the PowerMate do all the heavy lifting. Some other benefits that the PowerMate has are that the wheels never go flat, this always seemed to happen with our old hand trucks. Also, the heavy-duty strap is very helpful in stabilizing items while we are moving them.

Overall the return on investment has well exceeded the cost of the PowerMate. Having the PowerMate gives our company the peace of mind in knowing that we can safely remove objects from jobsites without putting our employees in danger.
